Set in feudal Japan, the story follows wandering ninja Jotaro as he becomes entangled in a deadly conflict between rival clans after a brutal massacre wipes out his comrades. His investigation uncovers a sinister conspiracy involving a demonic sect seeking power through forbidden rituals and supernatural forces. Joined by a mysterious woman driven by vengeance, Jotaro must battle increasingly terrifying enemies as he fights to stop the dark powers threatening to consume the land.
