The Missing Gun Limited Edition Blu-ray presents Lu Chuan’s 2002 black comedy on Blu-ray for the first time worldwide. Adapted from the novella by Fan Yiping, the film marked Lu Chuan’s directorial debut and stars Jiang Wen, Ning Jing and Wu Yujuan in a tense, darkly comic story of panic, suspicion and consequences.
 
After a policeman gets drunk and loses his service weapon, he begins a frantic search to recover the missing revolver before it causes further damage. As the investigation deepens, he is pulled into the mystery of a murder involving his former lover, forcing him to confront both professional failure and personal guilt.
 
Winner of Best Debut Film at the Beijing College Student Film Festival, The Missing Gun arrives in this limited edition Australian import Blu-ray with a high-definition presentation, theatrical trailer and optional English subtitles.
