Crumb Catcher Blu-ray presents one of the most inventive and darkly funny home-invasion thrillers in recent memory, marking the audacious feature debut of writer-director Chris Skotchdopole. Produced by Larry Fessenden’s Glass Eye Pix, the film blends absurdist comedy, escalating menace, and sharp social satire into a sharply observed nightmare about ambition, power, and the illusion of success.

After blacking out on his wedding night, Shane and his new wife Leah retreat to a remote house for their honeymoon, hoping to reset and move forward. Their plans unravel when two familiar faces from the reception arrive uninvited: the waiter and bartender, claiming Shane owes them for something he can’t remember doing. As the encounter spirals into blackmail and psychological warfare, it becomes clear that money isn’t the real prize. What they want is buy-in for a bizarre invention promising wealth, leverage, and status — a device called the Crumb Catcher. What begins as awkward negotiation curdles into a claustrophobic standoff fueled by desperation, resentment, and the corrosive pull of opportunity.

Anchored by terrific ensemble performances from Rigo Garay, Ella Rae Peck, John Speredakos, and Lorraine Farris, Crumb Catcher skewers the American Dream while tightening the screws as a thriller. Arrow Video presents this limited edition Blu-ray with exclusive new supplements that dive deep into the film’s creation and Skotchdopole’s early work.
