As these threads converge, Tsukiko finds herself drawn into a horrifying cycle of seduction, jealousy, and rebirth that refuses to stay buried.
 
Anchored by a coldly hypnotic performance from Miho Kanno as the enigmatic Tomie, the film blends psychological unease with grotesque imagery and slow-burn dread. Tomie stands as a key bridge between manga horror and cinematic J-horror, spawning an entire franchise while retaining a uniquely intimate, unsettling tone.
