Cannibal Holocaust Blu-ray arrives in a 3-disc deluxe edition featuring two Blu-rays and a remastered soundtrack CD, fully restored and loaded with archival and newly produced special features. Long regarded as one of the most controversial films ever made, Ruggero Deodato’s infamous shocker remains a defining and confrontational entry in horror history.

Presented as recovered “found footage,” the film follows four documentary filmmakers who journey deep into the Amazon rainforest and encounter a tribe of cannibals — only for their brutal fate to be revealed through the raw footage they leave behind. Its brutal realism led to arrests, censorship and worldwide notoriety, but Cannibal Holocaust also pioneered techniques later adopted widely across the found-footage genre. Grindhouse Releasing presents the most definitive home video release of this landmark work, newly restored and accompanied by extensive interviews, commentaries and a deluxe booklet.
