The Workout Blu-ray presents James Cullen Bressack’s 2025 found-footage action thriller in a region free release from Anchor Bay Entertainment. Blending revenge thriller, crime suspense and military action, the film follows former Army Ranger Wyatt Park as a personal tragedy sends him into a desperate fight for justice.
 
After leaving the military behind, Wyatt has started building a new life through his fitness brand, filming promotional videos with his wife Becca and brother-in-law Levi. When a violent attack tears that life apart, Wyatt wakes from a coma with a terminal brain condition that threatens his memory and ability to think clearly.
 
Determined to document the truth before he loses himself, Wyatt turns his search for justice into a vigilante video diary for his infant daughter. Captured through body cams, security footage and found-footage-style recordings, The Workout follows Wyatt and Levi as they enter a dangerous criminal world with time running out. This region free Blu-ray includes two audio commentaries and deleted scenes.
