Set inside the abandoned Danvers State Mental Hospital, the film follows an asbestos removal crew hired to complete a dangerous cleanup job under intense pressure.

As the crew works through the derelict building, personal tensions begin to surface and the hospital’s disturbing past starts to feel impossible to ignore. What begins as a high-stakes job gradually becomes a slow descent into paranoia, dread and buried trauma.

Atmospheric, unsettling and built around one of modern horror’s most memorable locations, Session 9 remains a standout of early-2000s psychological horror. This limited edition Region B Blu-ray includes archival and new commentaries, interviews, featurettes, deleted scenes, alternate ending, rigid slipcase, book and collectors’ art cards.
