Tuba is a timid police officer more interested in music than dangerous assignments. When a mission goes wrong, he witnesses the death of decorated officer Chow, who makes Tuba promise to avenge him. But when Tuba fails to follow through, Chow returns as a ghost and pulls him into a wild supernatural investigation.
