Scorpio Films 2 The Final Films 4 Disc Set Blu-ray brings together the final major productions from Dutch filmmaking duo Pim de la Parra and Wim Verstappen, presenting three ambitious features alongside a feature-length documentary on de la Parra.
 
The collection includes VD, one of the most controversial Dutch films of its era; Dakota, a character-driven story centred on a man and his plane; and Wan Pipel, an international production confronting divisions of race, culture and religion. A fourth disc features Parradox: Films, Women, Ego, Money, In-Soo Radstake’s documentary portrait of Pim de la Parra.
 
Presented from newly restored 2K transfers, the set also includes audio commentaries, Scorpio short films, archival material, interviews, photo galleries and theatrical trailers. The release comes housed in a slipcase, with the first printing also including a 16-page Scorpio Scrapbook 1969-1976 booklet.
