In Delinquent Girl Boss, rival gangs clash after a rigged boxing match spirals into violence and betrayal. Wild Jumbo follows the gang as they become entangled in kidnapping and robbery schemes targeting a religious group. Sex Hunter confronts tensions between rival gangs amid controversial racial conflicts. Machine Animal plunges into a drug-fueled underworld as gangs hunt down LSD traffickers planning a major score. Beat ’71 closes the series with Kaji’s character framed for a crime and imprisoned, forcing her to rely on an unlikely group of allies to clear her name.
 
Bursting with freeze frames, split screens, bold colour effects and frenetic editing, the Stray Cat Rock films remain some of the most visually energetic and culturally influential entries in Japanese genre cinema.
