Spook Warfare pits a noble samurai and an army of yokai against a resurrected Babylonian vampire. Along with Ghosts sees the creatures defending an innocent girl from ruthless criminals. Decades later, The Great Yokai War revives the mythos for a new generation, as a young boy joins forces with hundreds of yokai to stop a demonic threat to modern Japan.
 
Blending folklore, kaiju-scale spectacle and childlike wonder, the Yokai Monsters films remain a unique bridge between classic Japanese period fantasy and creature cinema.
