Stockholm After Dark Limited Collector's Edition Blu-ray presents five classic Swedish noir films from the Masters of Cinema Series in a 3-disc UK import box set. Featuring A Woman’s Face, June Night, While the Door Was Locked, While the City Sleeps and Hidden in the Fog, this collection highlights Sweden’s rich cycle of crime cinema from the late 1930s through the early 1950s.

Blending expressionistic cinematography, chiaroscuro lighting, doomed romance, criminal intrigue and distinctly Scandinavian social themes, these films showcase some of Sweden’s most recognisable stars, including Ingrid Bergman and Eva Henning, alongside work connected to major writers and filmmakers such as Hasse Ekman, Gustaf Molander and Ingmar Bergman.

Presented from astonishing restorations by the Swedish Film Institute, Stockholm After Dark collects five standout examples of Swedish noir, including Hidden in the Fog from a 4K restoration and the remaining four films from 2K restorations. This Limited Collector’s Edition includes newly revised English subtitles, new audio commentaries, video essays, interviews, short films and a 60-page book.

Films included:

• A Woman’s Face
• June Night
• While the Door Was Locked
• While the City Sleeps
