It's the day after Christmas, and teenager Billy 5000 spends his holiday drifting through suburban Florida, delivering food on his hoverboard while trying to earn exactly $5,000 before New Year's Eve. His routine is upended when a delivery leads him to reconnect with his childhood crush, Rozebud, and discover an adorable alien creature named Donut hiding in his backpack. Suddenly pursued by the ruthless head of a juice corporation determined to reclaim her extraterrestrial property, Billy embarks on an increasingly bizarre adventure that explores friendship, growing up and finding purpose in an increasingly absurd world.
