Together, the brothers stalk the city in search of the doctors responsible for their separation, unleashing a wave of bloody retribution across grimy, pre-gentrification Manhattan. Shot on a shoestring and fueled by pure exploitation energy, Basket Case clawed its way from grindhouse obscurity to cult immortality.
