There Edith encounters Thomas’s intense and unsettling sister Lucille (Jessica Chastain), and soon discovers that the walls of the house whisper truths long buried. As ghostly apparitions emerge from the shadows, Edith must confront a horrifying family secret that threatens to consume her.
 
With breathtaking production design, intricate costumes and a haunting score, Crimson Peak stands as one of del Toro’s most visually striking works, merging beauty and terror in a grand, baroque fever dream.
