WNUF 2 Out There Halloween Mega Tape 2022 Blu-ray returns to the strange world of WNUF Halloween Special with another deliberately degraded celebration of local television, Halloween nostalgia and found-footage horror from director Chris LaMartina.
The tape begins with trash-TV personality Ivy Sparks and her 1994 Halloween Spooktacular, a chaotic parade of bizarre guests and seasonal nonsense. Fast forward to 1996, and Ivy’s career has taken a very different turn as she co-hosts the infamous live Out There Halloween special for the short-lived ACE network.
Presented as another unearthed television recording packed with fictional programming, commercials and increasingly strange interruptions, Out There Halloween Mega Tape expands the WNUF universe while recreating the experience of channel surfing through forgotten 1990s television on Halloween night.
