In The Woods 1999 Blu-ray brings Lynn Drzick’s DIY monster movie to Blu-ray for the first time worldwide, newly transferred from the surviving Beta SP master under the director’s supervision.
 
During a hunting trip, Alex Kerwood and Wayne Higley discover a mysterious burial site hidden deep in the woods. After digging it up and finding the skull of a strange horned creature, the two men escape and attempt to return to their ordinary lives as firefighters.
 
But whatever they disturbed has followed them home. As the creature begins hunting them, Alex and Wayne find themselves fighting to survive a supernatural threat tied to their discovery. Originally released to video stores in 1999, In The Woods combines low-budget monster horror with practical creature effects and DIY filmmaking.
