As violent crime spreads through Hollywood, worn-down policeman Roger O’Malley struggles to bring order back to the streets. When a mysterious vigilante calling himself “The Executioner” begins targeting criminals and attracting media attention, O’Malley is forced to investigate whether the person behind the mask could be Mike, an old Vietnam buddy now living with severe trauma and instability.

Starring Aldo Ray, Chris Mitchum and Renee Harmon, The Executioner: Part II is one of the most unusual entries in the 1980s exploitation action cycle.
