Equal parts science fiction paranoia, pitch-black comedy, psychological horror, and social satire, the film follows Byeong-gu, a factory worker convinced that a powerful businessman is an alien invader plotting Earth’s destruction. His solution is as unhinged as it is desperate: kidnap, interrogate, and torture the man to uncover the truth before humanity is wiped out.
 
Anchored by a ferocious performance from Shin Ha-kyun and a chilling turn by Baek Yoon-sik, Save the Green Planet! walks a razor’s edge between absurdity and tragedy, constantly challenging the viewer’s grip on reality. This Limited Edition release presents the film in Dolby Vision 4K Ultra HD alongside a wealth of new and archival supplements that explore its creation, legacy, and enduring cult status.
