As profits rise and bodies pile up, the operation grows bolder, more sadistic, and increasingly impossible to contain.
 
Shot with grimy immediacy and an unflinching eye, Maskhead rejects moral cushioning in favour of pure endurance cinema, placing it firmly in the lineage of extreme underground horror rather than conventional genre thrills.
