On Halloween night in 1965, disgraced Catholic priest Zachary Malius murders seven fraternity pledges after they desecrate his family crypt during an occult initiation. Declared insane and committed to an asylum, Malius becomes a dark legend at Winfield College, while massacre survivor Henry Collins carries the memory of that night for decades.

In 1991, Henry’s son Eric becomes caught up in a fraternity prank that sends new pledges to the asylum to photograph the infamous Malius. The hazing ritual quickly turns into a nightmare when Malius is unleashed and returns to Winfield College. This 2-disc release includes the newly restored film in 4K with Dolby Vision HDR, a Blu-ray presentation, new and archival extras, and the previous 2K master from the Code Red Blu-ray.
