Originally created as Fear, a mondo-style feature exploring phobias, superstitions and urban legends, the film was later reworked for home video as Faces of Death III with new hosting segments featuring Dr. Francis B. Gröss.

Restored from the 16mm original camera negative, this edition includes the original theatrical version of Fear on 4K Ultra HD, along with the alternate Faces of Death III video version sourced from standard definition tape. A strange and unexpected chapter in the long-running series, it arrives with Dolby Vision, isolated music track, reversible sleeve artwork, double-sided poster and VHS-inspired limited packaging.
