To help investigate the case, Jackie recruits two unlikely allies: the resourceful Wong Fei-Hung (Sammo Hung) and street-smart burglar Dung Dak-Biu (Yuen Biao).
 
As the trio digs deeper into the operation, loyalties begin to shift and complications arise when romance sparks between opposing sides. What follows is a chaotic mix of courtroom intrigue, undercover scheming, and some of the most exhilarating martial arts action ever captured on screen.
