EPA officer Steve Malone travels to a U.S. Army base in rural Alabama to investigate potentially toxic materials causing strange symptoms among the soldiers. His family comes along for the trip, but as they begin interacting with people on and around the base, it becomes increasingly clear that something far more disturbing is happening.
