Also released as Beast of Morocco, this atmospheric outlier of 1960s British horror brings a distinctive take on vampire mythology to the Moroccan desert.
 
After losing his wife and children in a tragic accident, American architect Paul Carver travels to Morocco while haunted by grief, nightmares and strange premonitions. There, he is befriended by archaeologist Otto Gunther and soon encounters Marisa, a mysterious Moroccan woman who leads him toward an opulent palace and a supernatural mystery that may threaten his soul.
 
Starring William Sylvester, Diane Clare and Edward Underdown, The Hand of Night stands apart from many of its British horror contemporaries thanks to its Moroccan locations, eerie atmosphere and unusual approach to folklore. This Vinegar Syndrome Labs limited edition includes a new restoration, commentary, new appreciations and featurettes, reversible artwork and a spot gloss slipcover designed by Lucas Peverill.
