After being rejected by concert pianist Alice, Ritter reconstructs the face of a disfigured criminal, Lily, in her image, believing physical beauty can recreate emotional connection. Instead, Stolen Face spirals into a chilling examination of manipulation and desire, revealing the terrifying consequences of reshaping identity to satisfy obsession. Lizabeth Scott delivers a striking dual performance, while André Morell makes his first Hammer appearance in a film that bridges noir fatalism with Hammer’s emerging gothic sensibility.
 
This Stolen Face Limited Edition 4K Ultra HD release includes both UK and US versions of the film, restored and presented across UHD and Blu-ray formats, alongside an extensive suite of newly produced commentaries, archival interviews, scholarly featurettes, and a substantial booklet exploring the film’s performances, themes, music, political context, and place within Hammer history.
