Impulse Blu-ray arrives restored in 4K from rare archival 35mm elements, showcasing one of the strangest and most unhinged thrillers of the 1970s. Grindhouse Releasing presents this William Grefé exploitation gem in its most complete and polished form, packed with interviews, commentaries, bonus features and two additional films.

William Shatner delivers a completely unrestrained performance as Matt Stone, a manipulative gigolo who prowls after wealthy women and spirals into psychosexual violence whenever cornered by his own insecurities and compulsions. As his crimes escalate, his world spins further into paranoia and delusion, fuelled by a cast of cult cinema favourites including Jenifer Bishop, Ruth Roman, Harold “Oddjob” Sakata and William Kerwin. Blending Florida exploitation grit with Grefé’s trademark off-kilter style, Impulse stands as a delirious portrait of 1970s grindhouse madness.
