One Halloween night, a young girl is murdered inside the Burber family’s House of Horrors by their son Eddie. Two decades later, a college fraternity in desperate need of money decides to host a massive fundraiser. When a mysterious stranger hands them the key to the long-abandoned Burber property and encourages them to build a haunted attraction, they seize the chance. But Eddie Burber has returned, and his idea of Halloween fun involves turning the house into a deadly kill room where the tricks are fatal and the treats are few.
