Kenichi Endo stars as a struggling reporter whose attempts to push boundaries have left his personal life in ruins. At home, his family is fractured by abuse, addiction, alienation and resentment, with each member trapped in a cycle of harm and despair.
 
Into this unstable household arrives Q, a mysterious stranger whose presence begins to reshape the family in bizarre and unpredictable ways. Equal parts shock cinema, black comedy and surreal domestic nightmare, Visitor Q remains one of Miike’s most infamous and challenging films.
