Mulberry Street Limited Edition Blu-ray presents Jim Mickle’s 2006 debut feature in a UK import release from Chasm Films. Set in a New York tenement block on the edge of forced eviction, the film follows a group of residents trying to survive as their neighbourhood is overtaken by a virus carried by sewer rats.
 
As the infection spreads, victims transform into horrifying human-rodent hybrids, turning the building and surrounding streets into a nightmare of panic, violence and survival. Among those caught in the chaos are boxer Clutch, his veteran daughter Casey, close friend Coco, single mother Kay and elderly roommates Charlie and Frank.
 
Visceral, scrappy and politically charged, Mulberry Street is a low-budget independent horror film that mixes creature terror with sharp commentary on gentrification, class pressure and urban displacement. This Limited Edition marks the film’s world Blu-ray premiere, with a director-approved transfer, new feature-length documentary, commentary, video essay, early Jim Mickle short films, deleted scenes, test footage, booklet and limited edition packaging.
