The experience fractures his mind, leading to a series of murders that lands him behind bars for decades. Thirty years later, Luther is released on parole, fully transformed into a near-feral killing machine, communicating only through chicken clucks and armed with razor-sharp metal dentures.
 
Returning to a quiet rural town, Luther resumes his rampage, terrorizing the local population before taking a young mother and her family hostage in an isolated farmhouse. What follows is an escalating siege of sadistic violence, culminating in an ending infamous for its relentless intensity. Drawing comparisons to The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and The Toxic Avenger, Luther the Geek embraces splatter cinema at its most vicious, absurd, and uncompromising.
