Bullet In The Head Limited Edition Hardbox 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray brings John Woo’s explosive action crime drama to 4K UHD in a deluxe Australian import edition. Set against the turmoil of the Vietnam War, the film follows three childhood friends whose attempt to escape their troubles in Hong Kong leads them into a dangerous new world of violence, betrayal and survival.
 
After accidentally killing a gang leader, the three friends flee from the slums of Hong Kong to wartime Saigon, only to find themselves pulled deeper into chaos. As loyalty is tested and innocence gives way to desperation, their bond begins to fracture under the weight of war, crime and impossible choices.
 
Originally conceived as a prequel to A Better Tomorrow before becoming its own standalone film, Bullet In The Head remains one of John Woo’s most intense and personal works. Starring Tony Leung, Jacky Cheung, Waise Lee and Simon Yam, this limited edition hardbox includes a 4K restoration from the original 35mm negative, the 136-minute festival cut, extensive new and archival interviews, a SteelBook, hardcover booklet and collectible hardbox packaging.
