Trauma Blu-ray presents Lucio A. Rojas’ 2017 Chilean horror film in a Region Free release from Unearthed Films. Blending modern horror with the lingering trauma of Chile’s military dictatorship under Pinochet, the film follows a group of women whose weekend trip to the countryside descends into terror.
 
Their getaway turns nightmarish when they encounter a man shaped by a brutal history of torture and repression, whose violence forces them into a desperate fight for survival. Harsh, confrontational and politically charged, Trauma connects personal horror with the darker legacy of national violence.
 
Disturbing by design, Trauma uses extreme horror to explore cycles of abuse, repression and revenge. This Blu-ray edition includes the feature film in Spanish 5.1 surround audio, along with a making-of featurette, storyboards, galleries and slipcover packaging.
