Tih-Minh Blu-ray presents Louis Feuillade’s sprawling silent-era adventure serial, widely regarded as one of the most imaginative works of early cinema. Running over six hours across eight episodes, this dreamlike 1919 epic blends mystery, espionage and surreal adventure in a style that helped define the golden age of French silent serials.

René Cresté stars as Jacques d’Athys, an adventurous traveler who returns to the French Riviera from Indochina with his fiancée Tih-Minh (Mary Harald) and a mysterious book containing clues to a hidden treasure. With the help of his loyal but eccentric servant Placide (Georges Biscot), Jacques begins unraveling the secrets contained within the cryptic volume.

But the treasure has attracted dangerous attention. A network of spies, criminals, kidnappers and hypnotists pursue Jacques and Tih-Minh, each determined to seize the treasure for themselves. As the intrigue deepens across its episodic chapters, Tih-Minh unfolds into a surreal and suspenseful journey filled with disguises, secret plots and daring escapes.
