In Vietnam, Marine Sergeant Jack Stryker is badly wounded and sent home from the war. Trying to rebuild his life, he soon discovers that his ex-girlfriend has been taken by a violent religious cult led by a dangerous Manson-like figure.
 
With help from his fellow Marines, Stryker sets out to rescue her and confront the cult before more people are harmed.
