But after she is abducted and taken to a bleak clinic filled with patients suffering from severe memory loss, Robert becomes determined to uncover the horrifying truth behind the institution. As reality begins to fracture and memories disappear, the pair are drawn deeper into Rollin’s bleak dystopian nightmare.
 
Departing from his signature vampire stories, Jean Rollin crafts a melancholic and surreal psychological horror film starring Brigitte Lahaie and Natalie Perrey. Shot almost entirely at night with an eerie urban atmosphere, The Night of the Hunted has become one of the director’s most unsettling and emotionally resonant works.
