The Horror of Frankenstein Limited Edition 4K Ultra HD presents Hammer’s bold horror-comedy reimagining of the Frankenstein legend, marking the directorial debut of Hammer veteran Jimmy Sangster, writer of The Curse of Frankenstein and Dracula.

Ralph Bates stars as Victor Frankenstein, a cold and arrogant genius whose ambition knows no limits. After murdering his father and inheriting the family fortune, Victor heads to medical school to further his scientific pursuits. When scandal forces him to return home, he establishes his own laboratory and begins a series of experiments to conquer death itself.

Using human body parts to assemble a grotesque creature, Frankenstein finally succeeds in bringing life to the dead. But once unleashed, the monstrous creation begins a terrifying rampage that threatens everyone around him.

Blending classic Hammer gothic horror with dark humour and shocking violence, The Horror of Frankenstein offers a unique twist on the legendary monster story while introducing David Prowse as the fearsome creature.
