Solo Limited Edition Blu-ray presents Jean-Pierre Mocky’s fierce and politically charged crime drama, newly restored in 4K and released on Blu-ray for the first time.

Mocky stars as Vincent Cabral, a cynical violinist and jewel thief who lives a carefree life drifting between petty crime and romantic entanglements. His world is thrown into turmoil when he discovers that his younger brother has become involved with a radical leftist group responsible for a string of brutal political assassinations.

Determined to protect his idealistic sibling from the deadly consequences of revolutionary violence, Vincent is drawn into a dangerous conflict that he neither understands nor believes in. As tensions escalate, the film paints a bleak portrait of a society fractured by political extremism and disillusionment.

Directed by Mocky himself a decade after his breakout role in La tête contre les murs, Solo is a sharp, satirical crime film deeply influenced by American cinema and the turbulent political climate of post-1968 France.
