Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray delivers the cult 1980s action-comedy in a brand new Dolby Vision restoration from a 4K scan of the original camera negative. Blending martial arts spectacle, spy thrills and tongue-in-cheek humour, this comic-book-inspired adventure has grown into a fan favourite of the decade’s action cinema.

After a mysterious mugging leaves him presumed dead, tough NYPD cop Sam Makin is secretly recruited into a covert government organization and given a new identity: Remo Williams. Under the guidance of eccentric martial arts master Chiun (Joel Grey), Remo undergoes intense training in the ancient Korean art of Sinanju, mastering seemingly impossible physical feats and becoming a one-man weapon against crime and corruption.

When a powerful industrialist begins exploiting a military weapons program for his own gain, Remo is sent on a dangerous mission that leads to high-stakes action across New York City—including a daring confrontation atop the Statue of Liberty. Directed by Guy Hamilton and starring Fred Ward, Joel Grey, Wilford Brimley and Kate Mulgrew, Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins remains an energetic and entertaining cult classic.
