Ju-On: The Grudge 4K Ultra HD brings Takashi Shimizu’s terrifying J-horror classic to collectors in a new 4K restoration. A defining entry in the early 2000s Japanese horror boom, the film introduced a uniquely fragmented storytelling style and one of the genre’s most unforgettable curses.

When social worker Rika (Megumi Okina) is assigned to care for an elderly woman living in a house tied to a brutal past, she unknowingly awakens a deadly curse born from violent rage. The haunting presence of the Saeki family lingers within the home, and anyone who comes into contact with it becomes part of an unstoppable chain of terror.

As the curse spreads beyond the house, its victims are drawn into a chilling web of fear, where time and space fracture and death is inevitable. With its eerie atmosphere, disturbing imagery, and relentless sense of dread, Ju-On: The Grudge remains one of the most influential horror films of its era.
