The year is 2455. Earth has been abandoned, and a research team exploring the ruins discovers Jason’s cryogenically frozen body near Camp Crystal Lake. Transported aboard a spaceship bound for Earth II, the crew soon realise their fatal mistake. As Jason awakens among the stars—eventually upgraded into his futuristic “Uber Jason” form—no corridor, airlock or escape pod is safe.

With inventive set pieces, a pulsing score by Harry Manfredini and a knowing sense of fun, Jason X stands as one of horror’s most unapologetically entertaining sequels.
