In My Skin 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray is a landmark work of New French Extremity cinema from writer-director Marina de Van. Blending psychological drama with visceral body horror, the film explores obsession, identity and self-destruction through a bold and deeply unsettling character study that helped pave the way for filmmakers such as Julia Ducournau and Coralie Fargeat.

After accidentally injuring her leg at a party, Parisian marketing executive Esther becomes fascinated by her body's ability to endure pain. As her professional life flourishes and her relationship appears stable, she develops an increasingly dangerous fixation on self-mutilation. Drawn deeper into compulsive behaviour and physical experimentation, Esther begins to lose control as her obsession consumes every aspect of her life.

Disturbing, provocative and psychologically complex, In My Skin remains one of the defining body horror films of the early 2000s and a key entry in the evolution of modern transgressive cinema.
