After serving a 40-year prison sentence, Coffin Joe is finally released from the mental health wing of the São Paulo State Penitentiary. Back on the streets, the sadistic undertaker immediately resumes the obsession that landed him behind bars in the first place: finding a woman capable of bearing his “perfect” child.
