While sightseeing, tourist Kitty accidentally witnesses a brutal murder through a pair of coin-operated binoculars. When the killer begins eliminating potential witnesses one by one, Kitty realizes she may be next. Determined to uncover the identity of the mysterious black-clad murderer before it’s too late, she joins forces with her boyfriend Alberto to track down the truth before the killer tracks her down.
 
Featuring memorable performances from Nieves Navarro (aka Susan Scott) and Robert Hoffmann, Death Carries a Cane stands as a bloody and stylish entry in the golden era of Italian giallo cinema.
