Dead Boyz Can't Fly Blu-ray brings an underseen early ’90s exploitation shocker to disc for the first time, newly restored in 4K from the original camera negative. The final film by Howard Winters, also known as Cecil Howard, the picture channels the grim, confrontational spirit of 1970s grindhouse cinema with a mean streak firmly intact.

After a humiliating rejection, small-time misfit Buzz spirals into violence, drawing two equally unhinged accomplices into a brutal scheme that turns a Manhattan office building into a battleground. As the trio rampage through the building in search of money and drugs, a traumatized Vietnam veteran janitor is forced to confront his past and mount a desperate counter-offensive.

Blending nihilistic urban horror with echoes of youth-gang cinema and Vietnam-era reckoning films, Dead Boyz Can’t Fly stands as a harsh, uncompromising relic of exploitation filmmaking. Vinegar Syndrome Archive presents the film on Blu-ray with extensive new interviews and deluxe limited packaging designed for collectors.
