Set inside City Hospital, the film follows a group of young volunteers and staff members as their busy workday leads toward a farewell celebration for Sharon, who is spending her final day on the job. With the strict staff coordinator Sarge threatening to spoil the fun, the hospital becomes the setting for a lively mix of workplace comedy, mischief and late-1970s cult energy.
