Co-written by Norifumi Suzuki and featuring a commanding central performance from Tsuruta, Blood Of Revenge stands as a prime example of Toei’s classic “chivalrous” yakuza cycle. With bold production design, expressive colour, and striking compositions, Tai Kato transforms a timeless underworld narrative into a visually dynamic crime drama.
