Through and Through Blu-ray presents Grzegorz Królikiewicz’s striking and uncompromising Polish New Wave drama, newly restored in 2K and released on Blu-ray for the first time.

Through and Through Blu-ray follows Jan and Maria, a young couple in 1930s Kraków whose hopes for a stable life are crushed by poverty, rejection and mounting desperation. As Jan fails to secure work and their circumstances deteriorate, humiliation and frustration begin to consume them, leading to a tragic and irreversible decision. Królikiewicz’s bold direction employs fragmented sound design and claustrophobic close-ups, creating a disorienting and deeply unsettling portrait of psychological breakdown.

Premiering at Cannes and drawing comparisons to Crime and Punishment, Through and Through stands as a powerful and formally daring work of Polish cinema, exploring morality, guilt and the human cost of survival.
