Dr. Rollason and his team are on a scientific expedition in the Himalayas when they become guests at an isolated monastery. Their search for knowledge is soon complicated by the arrival of a second expedition, one driven not by discovery but by profit, determined to trap the legendary Yeti and turn it into a money-making spectacle.
 
Starring Peter Cushing and Forrest Tucker, The Abominable Snowman remains one of Hammer’s most atmospheric and intelligent genre films, using mystery, restraint and mounting tension to create a chilling story of human arrogance in the face of the unknown.
