The year is 10,191. Four planets are locked in a covert struggle to control the Spice Melange, the most valuable substance in the universe, found only on Arrakis. As House Atreides and House Harkonnen collide in a deadly political feud, young Paul Atreides is thrust into an intergalactic conflict that may fulfill an ancient prophecy and reshape the galaxy forever.
 
This strictly Limited Edition Sandbox release is a bespoke collector’s centrepiece measuring 23 x 32cm and weighing 1.5kg. The tempered glass liquid sand panel evokes the rolling dunes of Arrakis, with foil-stamped text, grit-textured hardbox finish and a pull-out drawer design. Inside are extensive physical collectibles including a folded 27" x 40" poster print, the original 1984 three-issue comic series reprint, a 60-page hardcover booklet, six art cards, a 3D Lenticular Hardcase housing all four discs, and a custom transparent PVC display case.
 
The set includes the fully restored 137-minute Theatrical Cut on 4K UHD and Blu-ray, plus the 177-minute Extended TV Version on Blu-ray, alongside the exclusive extended 93-minute cut of The Sleeper Must Awaken documentary and extensive archival and newly produced special features.
